Goal setting can be one of the most difficult processes you undertake in your small business because successful goal setting and long-term goal achievement requires a great deal of time and consistent effort.


Last week I started a series on key things about goal setting (part I) , today I will be sharing another key thing which is;


An attainable goal should be realistic and include a plan that breaks your overall goal down into smaller, manageable action steps using the time and resources available to you within the timeline you’ve set.

One of the detrimental things that many people do with good intentions is setting goals that are so high that they are unattainable which is WRONG!

Instead, make them attainable and a representative of what you are capable of achieving.

Each goal you reach will make the next one seem more attainable and as you grow, so does your goal(s).
